We are looking for a Data Savvy Manager to work on a Data-led transformation project within a well know Australian Brand. They have serious ambitions and plans to grow significantly over the next 12-18 months.
You will work across the organisation to reduce the consumption gap between the production of analytics / data products and decisions made across the business.
You will work with the leadership team on the strategy to transform their business by utilising data, advanced analytics and technology to automate and optimise critical parts of processes and decision-making.
You will get the opportunity to collaborate with diverse teams and leaders across the business including passionate product managers, developers, data engineers, data scientists and architects. The key measures for the role will be how data literate the organisation becomes and how easily tools created are embedded in business to enable better decision-making.
What you will be doingDrive the adoption of tools and data products within the business, working closely with product delivery teamsDevelop the functional capability matrix for roles within the data & analytics team and supports the development of the function through training programmes and community buildingDevelop a suite of data literacy & enablement metrics to baseline our current position and measure progress towards being a data-led organisation.Support the delivery of the strategic roadmap for data-led transformation and partner with internal comms teams to communicate delivery against the planSenior stakeholder engagement to determine data literacy gaps across the enterprise at all levels from practitioners to senior leaders.Facilitation and building of a strategic data literacy initiative to close these gaps and support positioning the company as a data-informed business.Building alignment with our L&D team to ensure data literacy is a core capability built for Endeavour and receives the right investment and support from P&C.Identifying external strategic partners to build training, case studies and coaching to support the delivery identified below.Deliver Endeavor's data literacy capability roadmap to increase data literacy across all parts of our business in conjunction with L&D and external partners.What you will bring to the roleYou will be passionate about all things data and analytics and will have worked across high-profile data projects, worked with data engineers, and data scientists and built out innovative products to improve business functionsSignificant experience in working with companies to help build out their organisational capability and driving change across technical and non-technical teamsPrior experience in scoping & developing training programs with internal and external partnersYou will have significant experience in developing innovative strategic partnerships internally and externallyStrong Experience in developing capability matrices and building communities internally and externallyOutstanding stakeholder management skills with significant experience of managing C suite executives and functional leads.This is a leadership role with huge career potential and the ability to really make a difference for both the business and its customers.
