Shifts are available in
- Ipswich, Morayfield, and Redland Bay
- and applicants
- must be able to travel between all three suburbs
- We are also hiring for
- inactive overnight shifts (sleepovers)
- Key Responsibilities
- Providing personal care and hygiene support
- Domestic assistance (cleaning, laundry, cooking, etc.)
- Community access and transport
- Medication prompting
- Emotional and social support
- Accurate case noting after each shift
- Overnight presence for sleepover shifts (includes 2 hours of active work)
- Requirements
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)
- Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (current)
- Driver's Licence and own vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Completion of the NDIS Orientation Module
- Prior experience in disability or aged care support (preferred but not essential)
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine caring personality
- Important Notes
We support many participants who struggle with strong or unclear accents, so being a
- clear, native English speaker is extremely important
