Job descriptionJoin Our Team Central Coast Compassionate Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team. We are committed to providing high-quality care and support to individuals with disabilities, helping them lead fulfilling lives. Key Responsibilities Providing personal care assistance to clients, including grooming, bathing, and dressing. Supporting clients with their disability needs, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care. Facilitating community access, assisting clients in participating in social, educational, and recreational activities. Promoting independence and personal choice in daily activities. Working collaboratively with families and other team members to provide holistic support. Requirements Experience in disability support or a related field is preferred. A compassionate, patient, and resilient approach to care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A commitment to promoting dignity, respect, and independence in clients.
