The Position

• Develop and convert event concepts ensuring smooth planning and exceptional guest experiences.
• Conduct site visits follow up with clients create detailed event documentation and evaluate post-event outcomes.
• Coordinate with event operations and kitchen teams for seamless handovers and execution of functions.
• Partner with preferred suppliers nurturing strong relationships to support event needs.
• Build client networks and relationships to promote and grow functions at both Zoo locations delivering memorable service.

The Person

• Proven track record in event sales and planning including corporate functions and large-scale gatherings.
• Experience working in large venue settings providing insight into logistical challenges and event management considerations.
• 4-5 years of experience in a function venue catering hospitality or similar environment.
• Strong leadership abilities with effective team coordination of staff vendors and volunteers during event execution.
• Excellent time management communication skills and proficiency in event management software or IT tools.
