About the Opportunity We're looking for a Content Specialist to take full ownership of the content delivery across our fast-growing Metcash Digital Screen Network . You'll manage and optimise the CMS (Broadsign), coordinate with multiple teams across our four pillars (think grocery, liquor, hardware and more), and help drive go-to-market success. You will also manage and execute content updates across internal and external websites, plus social media platforms.
This isn't just content pushing – it's about storytelling that sells, inspires, and connects communities. You'll be part of a fast-paced, ideas-driven team (LocalEyes) that thrives on innovation and impact.
In this Role Own and operate the Broadsign CMS – 100% accuracy is your mantra Set and uphold content standards and guidelines for digital screens Build collaborative relationships with key internal stakeholders across Metcash's pillars Create, manage, and deliver content calendars with purpose and precision Help ad buyers win with insight-led recommendations (PCRs FTW!) Run creative A / B testing to ensure we're always hitting the mark Book content placements and support go-to-market (GTM) presentations Work closely with our Product team and occasionally with external vendors Support broader LocalEyes initiatives as we continue to scale Manage and execute content updates across internal and external websites, Oversee the planning, briefing, and execution of social media content You're Likely a Match If A head for content and a heart for audiences Stellar communication skills – written and verbal At least 3 years in a similar content, marketing or digital comms role (Retail / FMCG is a bonus) Strong planning skills and high attention to detail Experience with CMS platforms – Broadsign experience is highly desirable Experience managing website and social media content (desirable) A creative thinker with commercial smarts and a can-do mindset A self-starter who thrives in a high-performance, fast-paced team Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline Life at Metcash Experience a supportive and flexible work environment.
