Reporting directly to the CFO, the General Manager Finance will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s financial strategy and operational execution. The successful candidate will be a key driver of commercial performance, empowered to lead and evolve all aspects of the finance function.

Key Responsibilities :

• Strategic Financial Leadership - Oversee all facets of external reporting, management reporting, budgeting and operational accounting to ensure robust financial performance and alignment with strategic goals.
• Governance & Financial Control - Strengthen financial governance through the development and implementation of best-practice financial systems, controls and processes.
• Business Partnering - Collaborate closely with the executive leadership team, providing forward-looking analysis and commercially grounded insights to support critical decision-making.
• Leadership & Culture - Inspire, lead and mentor a capable finance team, fostering a high-performance, collaborative and accountable culture.
• Stakeholder Engagement - Build strong working relationships across business units and with external partners.
