Works Management Specialist (1Sap Coach)

We have an opportunity for an experienced Works Management Specialist (1SAP Coach) to join the leading company in the mining sector.

This is an ongoing contract, and a long-term opportunity. This role is based within the company's Principal Projects Team.

You'll be working on an 8 : 6 FIFO roster to the Pilbara, on a back to back roster with another WMS.

In terms of the role, you'll be responsible for :

• Setting new starters up with 1SAP on iPads
• Coaching new starters in 1SAP (time confirmations etc)
• Additional upskilling and coaching Supervisors to drive improved Works Management performance in the team
• Reviewing overall Works Management metrics weekly / monthly and putting actions in place to improve performance as a department

Your background? Well, you'll know 1SAP like the back of your hand, and will have the patience to help other employees understand how it works. You'll also have experience with Fiori and with iPads.
