In this role, you'll :
Oversee the performance and operations of multiple store locations
Coach and develop store leaders and their teams
Deliver and exceed KPIs across sales, service, and stock
Support store openings and business expansion
Drive culture and capability from the ground up
What you bring :
Proven experience in area management or multi-site retail leadership
Understanding of all elements of retail operations - people, profit, and process
Strong leadership presence and an eye for service excellence
Full driver's licence - a must for this mobile leadership role
Furniture experience is a bonus, but we welcome all strong retail operators with area or multi-site experience
