The Material Risk Lead innovates, develops and validates works focused on improving our Safety practices, tools, systems, and controls to unlock our ambition of being a purpose lead digital retailer, enabled by a great store network. The Material Risk Lead works in partnership with the Material Risk Chapter in the Woolworths Group and is responsible for Material Risk Work across the B2B and Everyday needs ecosystem.

• What you'll do :
• Inspire a culture of continuous improvement by actively seeking opportunities to improve and simplify the Safety Management System, tools and practices in collaboration with the group ecosystem
• Simplify and transform the review and improvement of key risk controls to manage life threatening risks in the business by harnessing digital and data lead tools and analysis
• Partner deeply with leaders, Group Safety and Industry to deeply understand our Serious Incidents focused on preventing recurrence Drive innovation within the ecosystem to influence change initiatives through the leadership spine
• What you'll bring :
• Qualifications in WH&S
• 10 years experience in a Risk Management roles
• Experience managing and influencing external and internal stakeholders
• Change Management
• Leadership and coaching through influence
• Excellent knowledge of safety & health legislation Experience in multi site operations is desirable
