You will be the vital part of a modern management community and will enjoy the interaction with reporting structures from the hotel levels; serving a broader group of hotels with information, advice and direction.
Organise and maintain personnel records in all HR function and retentions
Inform CEO, COO & management teams of latest legislations and relevant HR issues / changes
Update internal Human Resources related databases
Preparation of HR Documentation relating to new hires
Manage recruitment process for available external and internal positions
Perform research and develop presentations and reports at the request of the CEO
Manage any HR related Issues and compliance
Create a friendly and productive culture within the organisation
Develop practical solutions and systems to streamline and organise the HR Function.
Other adhoc duties as directed by the CEO
