Job descriptionEducational Leader to support our 0-3 Nursery. This role will assist the Director / Nominated Supervisor to provide guidance and support educators in line with our current curriculum and School Readiness Programm. As Educational Leader you will guide and mentor the educators, support educators in using our floorbook and provide assistance with programming. We ecourage you attend external Professional Development to support your qualification and NESA registration.- Dedicated time off the floor Ongoing mentoring and professional support by our Pedagogy and Practice Mentor Strong understanding of RIE, opportunity to recieve coaching from an external RIE trainer Fulltime, five days per week Responsible Person About you ECT qualification recognised by ACECQA Passion for coaching, mentoring and growing educators Established people and leadership skills Strong understanding of the Pikler philosophy RIE approach. Experience in leading educators in guiding children's behaviours Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skill, including documentation skills Superior knowledge of EYLF and NQS Minimun 3 years full time experience in Early Childcare Previous experience as Educational Leader is preferable Why work at Orchard?
