Medical Reception

Reporting to the Practice Manager and assisting our patients as a first point of contact in person, electronically and over the phone, key duties in the role include :

• Provide a professional first-class patient focused service
• Assisting the various needs of staff, patients and visitors
• Manage and prioritise incoming calls
• Meet, greet and manage a busy medical practice reception, including medical billing and booking of patient appointments / surgery as required
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor whilst juggling competing demands
• Maintaining exceptional client service
• Ideally suiting an individual with experience in working within a busy medical reception setting within GP, Specialist, or Allied Health rooms, applicants with previous experience working within Hospital Admissions would be highly regarded.
