A rare opportunity for an experienced Communications and Engagement Lead has arisen within our energetic and passionate Corporate & Indigenous Affairs team.
This role will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive communication and engagement strategies to support further embed our purpose and strategy, enhance reputation and build brand advocacy with our 120,000 team members across multiple sites, and stores.
An experienced communications professional with excellent interpersonal skills you can operate autonomously and engage in robust conversation with senior leadership.
Coming from an internal or external communications position you are experienced with issues management and can craft nuanced messaging for both internal and external consumption.
You bring a proven record of executing internal communication strategies to deliver high-quality and engaging content across a variety of channels to varied audience groups.
