Operating a 4 x 10-hour day roster in the Burleigh Heads Bakery there are a variety of work patterns, with shift penalties, weekend rates and overtime opportunities enhancing the weekly earning potential.

About the opportunity :

We are currently looking for  entry level or experienced   Process Operators / Intermediate and Qualified Bakers  to join our  Gold Coast, Burleigh Heads site .  The Process Operator / Baker will be required ensure production targets are met, ensure all compliance procedures are followed and to ensure all health and safety processes are followed while carrying out a variety of tasks in the processing areas.

Opportunities currently exist for :

Morning / Afternoon / Evening shifts

Full time - 4 x 10 hour shifts per week

Part time - 3 x 10 hour shifts per week

You will be responsible for :

• Full compliance of company rules
• Operations of machinery and equipment as per safe operating procedures
• Effectively move between departments to assist
• Achieve OEE and Waste on target
• Active involvement in, and attendance at departmental meetings
• Complete Quality Assurance and Food safety Induction and Competency quality assessment. Attend all relevant training programs
• Ensure all Food Safety and Quality incidents are accurately reported and recorded within specified time frames
• Executes Start up procedure and machine / equipment set ups, operational processes and cleaning processes correctly
• Ensure personal hygiene and uniform company policies, site minimum expectations and standards are strictly adhered to
