You will have broad HR generalist experience across leadership development, people capability, employee relations, culture and engagement. Health or Aged Care experience would be an advantage.
ResponsibilitiesManage and resolve complex employee relations issues.Provide end-to-end support for the employment life cycle including - talent planning, employee relations, staff retention, development, and performance management.Partner with leadership teams to develop a solid understanding of business needs.Contribute consistent and continuous improvement of HR services, policies and proceduresEquip business leaders with appropriate tools and knowledge to effectively manage and develop their people and provide proactive guidance and counsel on people-related issues.RequirementsTertiary qualification in a relevant fieldHands on experience in HR, with demonstrated skills as an HR generalistConfident and resilient and able to offer credible, timely adviceStrong skills in senior level stakeholder engagement and relationship building
