Job descriptionResponsibilities Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Provide end-to-end support for the employment life cycle including - talent planning, employee relations, staff retention, development, and performance management. Partner with leadership teams to develop a solid understanding of business needs. Contribute consistent and continuous improvement of HR services, policies and procedures Equip business leaders with appropriate tools and knowledge to effectively manage and develop their people and provide proactive guidance and counsel on people-related issues. Requirements Tertiary qualification in a relevant field Hands on experience in HR, with demonstrated skills as an HR generalist Confident and resilient and able to offer credible, timely advice Strong skills in senior level stakeholder engagement and relationship building
