As HR Business Partner, you will report directly to the HR Manager and work closely with your team of 4 members across 300 employees in the corporate business group. You will be responsible for building strong relationships at all levels and providing advice across end to end human resources. Recommending and advising business on learning and development opportunities and involvement of leading and developing these plans, Work Health & Safety advice and support, talent strategy, onboarding and contributing to and leading key HR projects and initiatives.
