Job descriptionPart-Time Store Manager to join their Lorne Store, Victoria. You will bring Strong Leadership skills - run they store like it's your own business Experience in managing a team within a fashion environment in extremely desirable Fun, bubbly and dynamic personality with a passion for customer experience and styling Previous experience in visual merchandising is essential Can do attitude with a positive mindset Strong connection to the community The role Growing a returning customer base and local marketing to build brand awareness. Leading and developing a team of 5 Empowering your customers through customer experience and styling Stock management and all in store visual merchandising Meeting and exceeding sales and KPI targets You will get Roster : Part Time in non peak periods and Full time December / January. Off Peak Roster : Tue-Sat 10am -4pm - 32 hours / week Peak Roster : Tue-Sat - 9am-5 : 30pm - 38 hours per week Incredible staff discount & opportunity to earn store credits to grow your wardrobe Rewarding salary $57k base pro-rata + Super + Uncapped bonus potential!
