This is a new opportunity for an experienced
Program Schedulerto join a large Enterprise level organisation to support a transformation journey to digitise and simplify processes.This role is to support the Program Manager and project team to help with a service modernisation program.
Key roles & responsibilitiesEstablishing a scheduling management system that's efficient and sustainable.Collaborating with project managers and experts to plan assignments, tasks, and subtasks.Ensuring that project timelines align with the needs of various departments and stakeholders.Tracking project deadlines and timelines.Identifying potential schedule setbacks and promptly taking action to resolve them.Assessing project performance and creating progress reports.Incorporating updates and alterations to project schedules as necessary.Providing suggestions to ensure projects remain on budget and completed within the designated timeframe.Keeping stakeholders updated on project timelines and deadlines.Recording and documenting project scheduling processes.Skills and experience requiredHaving a PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) certification is desirable.Must have at least two years of experience as a project scheduler in a related industry.Proficient in using MS Project software for project scheduling at an advanced level.Demonstrated expertise in schedule planning and management.Thorough understanding of the scope of projects within the industry.Advanced ability to assess project progress and take timely corrective action.Skilled in keeping stakeholders updated on project timelines and changes.Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication abilitiesPrevious experience in Government agency (highly desired).This is a highly rewarding opportunity to take on a key role within the company to drive the on-going success and maturity of the current program pipeline.
