Connect APAC have been engaged by a global, leading Consumer Goods organisation who play across various categories including; Health, Beauty and Personal care. Reporting into the Marketing Manager, there now exists a 12 month maternity leave contract for a Brand Manager to join the team. The role will work with a market leading portfolio of brands and the organisation is renowned for a highly flexible (2 days office and 3 days WFH) and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement annual brand strategies and objectives in line with the brand vision.
• Deliver detailed Brand Activity Plans that will deliver against the agreed Objectives.
• Actively participate in the range review process with cross functional stakeholders.
• Work closely with category and sales stakeholders to monitor brand performance and remedial action recommended / taken as required.
• Lead and implement the 2-3-year brand innovation strategy ensuring that innovation efforts are consumer-centric, strategically aligned and aligned to brand vision.
• Work closely with local project, sales and supply chain stakeholders to ensure innovation projects are launched on time.
• Identify product development opportunities (including packaging) that will meet or improve overall budget objectives (G2G) and reinforce brand positioning.
• Lead communication strategies for brands across Australia and NZ.
• Manage agency relations to execute strategies within budget.
• Oversee influencer and social media marketing content calendars.
• Monitor and analyse social media performance, offering insights for optimization.
• Coordinate digital marketing campaigns and e-commerce content requirements.
• Execute brand and digital playbooks.
• Track A&P budgets, monitoring and adjusting monthly via PPR (prior period review) process.
• Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital and social media campaigns ensuring ROI.
