Full Time Employment (office-based role)
The Client Services Administrator is responsible for the maintenance of our premium service investment portfolios and assisting with the administration of Self-Managed Super Funds (SMSF) within the service.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
We are looking for an individual who will take ownership of their role, possesses excellent organisational abilities and shows initiative. They will be required to work both autonomously & within a team environment, so exceptional verbal & written communication skills, client relationship skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks are essential. Prior experience in financial services administration is advantageous given the scope of work you will be learning in a short period of time, but not required.
