This full-time, office-based role involves managing quotes, tracking orders, and supporting smooth communication between clients, suppliers, and the sales team from the initial enquiry through to delivery. - Respond to incoming sales enquiries and prepare accurate quotes and proposals
- Help coordinate lighting projects by keeping track of paperwork and timelines
- Communicate with suppliers about pricing, stock, and technical information
- Assist the sales team with following up on leads and completing administrative tasks
- Keep project files, CRM records, and communication organised and up to date
- Work with internal designers and external partners to coordinate lighting design requests Qualifications :
- 2 to 3 years experience in administration
- Good coordination skills and attention to detail
- Clear communication and strong organisation skills
- Comfortable working in a busy, team-focused office
