Team Leader - Supported Independent Living

We are seeking passionate and experienced Team Leaders to join a values-driven provider supporting individuals in a Supported Independent Living (SIL) setting. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in leadership and is committed to delivering high-quality care and promoting participant independence and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities :

• Take the lead in overseeing day-to-day operations across a dynamic Supported Independent Living environment
• Inspire, guide, and mentor a passionate team of Support Workers to deliver exceptional care
• Build strong connections with families, stakeholders, and internal teams to champion truly person-centred support
• Drive excellence by ensuring high-quality service delivery that aligns with NDIS standards and reflects our organisation’s values

Requirements :

• Location : Western Sydney
• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing support workers
• Strong understanding of best practices in the disability sector
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Current First Aid, CPR certification and valid driver's licence
• Must hold full working rights with no restrictions
