ABOUT THE COMPANY

A reputable independent property services company that specialises in providing their clients with four separate but integrated services in advisory, project management, change management and independent certification. The project management team deliver a range of commercial projects, predominately for the Government and institutional clients.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

They are now seeking a strong Project Manager that can work across a diverse range of high profile commercial projects throughout QLD. Joining an established project team on your first project where you will deliver a $20mil Government office relocation. The business has offices in throughout Australia and the UK giving you the opportunity to travel if you wish.

The team itself has lots of growth potential with successful project wins across multiple sectors, most recently including retail and education.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

A degree in construction management or similar coupled with experience working for another Client PM firm. Project size is not a concern for this consultancy.
