Apprentice Butcher

Princi the Butcher is a traditional Italian Butcher - we process whole carcasses so an apprentice is going to get an excellent, all round, traditional training experience. We want someone who is interested in a career, not just a

job.

Duties include unloading deliveries, dressing the shop window, keeping the workplace clean and assisting tradespeople with keeping supplies up, processing meat and learning different cuts and types of product and learn

how to make sausages.
