Role & Duties

• Work within a team of high producing agents
• Assist in managing buyer enquiries and conduct property viewings
• Support with home opens, prospecting, and follow-up
• Build and sustain strong relationships with buyers, investors and industry contacts
• Coordinate and assist in preparing property listings
• Assist in preparing & sending offers, and formatting appraisals

We are looking for a motivated and driven Sales Associate / Buyers Manager to join a high-performing, fast-paced real estate team consistently ranked among WA’s top agents. Whether you’re working toward becoming a sales rep or you’re more drawn to the behind-the-scenes of sales operations, this role offers a strong foundation to build your real estate career.

• WA Real Estate Registration
• Industry relevant experience - a must
• Comfortable working weekends (it's part of the game!)
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Corporate presentation & excellent communication skills
• Initiative, drive & passion for the industry
