My client are dedicated to fostering collaboration and achieving measurable outcomes in their field.Job DescriptionProvide high-level executive support to the Executive Director of Communities, including calendar management and meeting coordination.Prepare, proofread, and format correspondence, reports, and presentations.Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Act as the primary point of contact between the Executive Director and internal / external stakeholders.Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reporting.Assist with the organisation of events and community-related initiatives.Maintain effective filing and record-keeping systems.Support ad hoc projects and administrative tasks as required.The Successful ApplicantA successful Executive Assistant to Executive Director Communities should have : Proven experience in providing executive-level administrative support, ideally in the not-for-profit or community sector.Exceptional organisational and time management skills.High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Strong written and verbal communication skills.A proactive approach and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of work.Familiarity with Perth's community landscape is advantageous but not essential.What's on OfferTemporary opportunity with a chance to make a tangible impact in the not-for-profit sector.Work in a collaborative and supportive team environment.Central Perth location, close to public transport and amenities.Gain exposure to meaningful community-focused initiatives.
