You'll need to be intuitive, confident, decisive and relentlessly proactive. Your mission is simple : protect the CEO's time, enhance his output and ensure momentum never stalls.

What You'll Do Be the CEO's right hand — acting as a problem solver, project chaser and time optimiser. Own calendar, inbox, travel and task management like a pro. Make confident decisions on the CEO's behalf — routine and time-sensitive. Remove friction from the CEO's day, fast-tracking execution across the business. Prepare reports, materials, follow-ups and agendas for board, leadership and client meetings. Triage priorities, manage up and down and keep key stakeholders aligned and informed. Support sales and commercial initiatives by tracking actions, coordinating follow-ups, and handling confidential documents. Bring clarity, calm, and control to a high-energy, fast-evolving environment. Who You Are You're not just experienced — you're elite.
