• Responsibilities
• Act as a communication bridge between Executive leaders
• Maintain a complex diary, schedule appointments, plan itineraries and prioritize as required
• Produce high-quality documents, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations for senior management
• Coordinate all domestic and international travel and accommodation arrangements for the CEO
• Organize company functions, corporate events, conferences as required
• Support the Senior Leadership team as required

Qualifications :

• At least 5 years of experience in a high-profile Executive Assistant role
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks, handle confidential information, and meet deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with others
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office software
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Demonstrated commitment to internal and external customer service
• Experience in managing staff is desirable but not essential
