Your Role
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the CEO’s schedule, projects, and responsibilities are executed efficiently. Key duties include :
Executive Support : Managing the CEO’s calendar, email, appointments, and communications.
Executive Office Communications : Handling internal and external communications, social media management, preparing agendas, and briefing materials for meetings.
Travel & Events : Organising domestic / international travel and overseeing event planning and logistics.
Project Coordination : Assisting in project management, progress tracking, and stakeholder updates experience with CRM systems, and familiarity with project management tools
Office Oversight : Managing CEO operations during CEO absences, ensuring continuity and communication.
Training Oversight : Supporting staff training coordination and compliance with industry standards.
Charity and Community Engagement : Coordinating the CEO’s charitable initiatives and community partnerships.
Personal Assistance : Handling selected personal and administrative matters for the CEO with discretion.
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience in a senior Executive Assistant or Operations Coordinator role in legal or financial services for a minimum of 3 years.
Industry experience in insurance, financial services , legal or similar professional environments preferred.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, AI and high general technical aptitude.
Strong skills in event management, travel booking , and interpersonal communication .
A proactive mindset, outstanding organisation, and impeccable attention to detail.
Confidentiality, discretion, and the ability to work with sensitive information.
Passion for supporting sustainability and social impact initiatives .
