About The Opportunity
We have a fantastic opportunity for an Administration Officer (Lvl 2) to join the dedicated team at Macarthur Community Mental Health Service. This dynamic role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and enjoys supporting both clinical staff and community members.
You’ll be at the frontline of the service, providing an efficient and welcoming reception while managing key administrative responsibilities. This includes updating client details in EMR, coordinating room bookings and appointments, maintaining communication with clinical teams, supporting interpreter services, and participating in emergency responses when required.
The role also involves ensuring accurate records, filing, ordering stock, processing invoices, minuting meetings, and assisting with the smooth operation of information systems and databases. Strong communication and teamwork are essential as you'll collaborate with internal teams.

What You'll Be Doing
This position provides general administration service to Macarthur Community Mental Health Services, maintain relevant office systems and maintain a high quality, customer focused service. The position links in with and supports other administrative positions located within Campbelltown Mental Health Services, both inpatient and outpatient units.
The position may from time to time be requested to assist in administrative tasks for other Mental Health service within Macarthur.

These services cater to different age groups, including children, adolescents, adults, and older persons, ensuring specialised care throughout various life stages. The multidisciplinary teams offer a range of supports, including mental health assessments, crisis intervention, care coordination, and therapy. They work closely with inpatient services, GPs, and other community organisations to provide holistic care.
