Job descriptionTertiary qualification in Nursing with current AHPRA Registration. A deep understanding of aged care regulations, clinical standards, and governance. Proven leadership skills in managing teams and navigating complex care scenarios Strong understanding of Aged Care and NDIS Quality Standards Experience in AN-ACC assessment processes. Previous experience in a similar role within a Residential Aged Care setting. Dedication to upholding the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. A proactive, solutions-driven approach to clinical excellence. A genuine passion for improving the quality of life for elderly residents.
