Minimum Certificate in Patisserie Experience in preparing bread and pastry products being a mandatory requirement Minimum 2 Years experience as a Baker Always maintain a professional attitude Able to work in a fast Aced environment Strick compliance towards food safety Strong knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation standards Good team player Responsibilities Experience in dough techniques including moulding, mixing and baking Baking pies and Managing batches of products Regulating temperatures of ovens Preparing sweet and savory fillings Ability to train other staff on different baking procedures and outline the company policies and standards Manage relationships with distributors and resolve issues with vendors promptly Ensure the workplace is clean and hygiene and meet the standards at all times Benefits Salary A$ 55,000+Superannuation
