We're passionate about providing an outstanding experience for every client—and we're looking for someone who shares this vision.About the RoleWhat You'll Be DoingAs a Dermal or Beauty Therapist at MANKiND, you will be the heart of the client experience.

You'll be responsible for delivering advanced dermal therapies and personalized skincare treatments, including : Confident and experienced in Advance Treatments; Facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, Laser, and LED light therapyConducting skin assessments and consultations to create tailored treatment plansEducating clients on the best skincare routines and product recommendations for achieving their skin health goalsKeeping detailed client records and ensuring the clinic is well-maintained and organizedUpholding the highest standards of health and safety in our clinicWaxing experience (including Brazilian waxing) is a plus, but not requiredWhat We're Looking ForTo thrive in this role, you'll need : A Diploma of Beauty Therapy or equivalent in Dermal Therapy or related fieldA minimum of 2 years' experience in a dermal therapy role, ideally in a medispa or clinic settingStrong knowledge of skin anatomy, physiology, and advanced treatmentsFamiliarity with Dermalogica, Murad, and Aspect products is advantageousExcellent customer service skills, with a consultative approach to client careFantastic time management and organizational abilitiesA passion for ongoing learning and professional development in skincareWhat We OfferAt MANKIND, we offer more than just a job—we offer a supportive and collaborative work environment where our team works together to ensure each person thrives.
