The Opportunity :   Due to sustained growth, the firm is seeking a dedicated Wills & Estates Lawyer to join their dynamic team. This role offers the chance to work closely with experienced practitioners on a diverse range of matters, including;

• Drafting and advising on Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Enduring Powers of Guardianship
• Estate planning strategies, including testamentary trusts
• Probate applications and estate administration
• Contested estates and inheritance disputes
