Change Communication and Engagement Lead Contract to 30 / 09 / 2025 | Brisbane CBD & Working from home Join a large Queensland Government Department as the Change Communication and Engagement Lead, where you will lead and manage the delivery of change communication and engagement activities to support the implementation of a large capital works program.

Key Responsibilities : Manage communication and engagement activities, including internal materials for the program.Coordinate change messaging and communications to socialise program initiatives agency wide.Design and implement change communication activities aligned with strategic narrative of the program.Distribute internal transformation communications through various channels and evaluate effectiveness.Identify communication and engagement needs, source information for analysis, oversee report production, and create internal communication material for comprehensive, accurate responses.Provide coaching and capability up-lift to workstreams on the programCollaborate with the Media & Communications team for effective communication services.Offer trusted advice to the Director Change Management on communication matters for informed decisions.What we're looking for : Experience leading change communications and engagement on a project / program in a large complex public sector organisation.High level written and verbal communication, including the ability to write quickly and accurately, as well as the ability to manage risk and issues and think strategically.Demonstrated understanding of and ability to produce content for digital services and social media and publish in these channels.In depth knowledge of the design and application of best practice approaches and frameworks in transformation communication and engagement.Understanding of change management and project management methodology and business integration processes and strategies.Why apply through Lime Recruitment?
