You will be responsible for the operational planning, managing resources and leading teams to deliver a high standard of cleanliness across a 7 day a week, 24-hour operation.
The key objective of this role is to build and maintain strong mutually trusting relationships with staff, clients, suppliers, contractors, and internal departments to deliver on venue cleaning KPIs and event cleaning services.
- A strong leader, who is experienced in managing large teams, quality control and building a performance culture.
- Solid knowledge of cleaning and hygiene related services with an understanding of observing safe work practices in a high-risk environment and chemical use in the workplace.
- Ability to engage and influence key stakeholders and experienced in auditing, financial costing and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills required both written and verbal.
- Working in a fast-paced environment and has proven capacity to work well under pressure and to strict rolling timelines.
