In this role, you will oversee the daily operations and staff responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and environmentally compliant facility.

You will also coordinate, monitor, and manage in-house and contracted cleaning services in consultation with relevant management areas.This is a full-time permanent night shift position, you will be required to have flexible availability across 7 days (8 : 30pm – 0500am).In this role, you'll provide joyful guest experiences through your genuine care.

As well as : Supervise and coordinate the activities of the environmental services cleaning team, ensuring adherence to established cleaning procedures & safety protocols.Train and mentor staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety practices, and the expected use of equipment and supplies.Collaborate with other departments to coordinate cleaning and maintenance activities, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by staff, management or other business units in a timely and professional manner.About youYou'll bring the following : Proven experience in cleaning & management services, or a related field, with supervisory or leadership experienceA positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a teamThorough knowledge of cleaning procedures & safety protocols & best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear instructions and motivate team membersAbility to shift work, including evenings, weekends, and public holidaysIntermediate computer knowledge (Word, Excel and Outlook)BETTER BEGINS HERECrown Resorts is a great place to visit and it's an even better place to work, a place where you can play your part in creating joyful experiences for our guests and our people.
