Support Worker

• About you;

We are looking for dedicated, motivated, reliable and passionate support workers to join our HomeCaring Bellarine Team, in the Geelong / bellarine peninsular area.

You will be working within the clients home, within their family environment to assist the client to achieve their goals of independence and help them remain in the community and live independently for as long as it is safe to do so.

• Essentia Criteria
• Cert III in Individual Support
• Cert IV in Disability (desirable) experience preferable
• Can do' attitude
• Experience with
• Dementia

• a strong willingness to learn
• Well developed organisational and communication skills
• Current First Aid Certificate
• Police Check (willingness to get one)
• NDIS Screening check (willingness to get one)
• Ability to adhere to company policies and protocols
• Ability to converse in Greek (highly desirable)
