National Business Development Manager

Job descriptionLead and mentor a team of passionate Business Development professionals across the country Drive the delivery and integration of national event activity partnerships and car club engagement for Shannons Foster high performance through coaching development and empowerment of a remote and regionally dispersed team Use customer insights and market knowledge to drive brand visibility deepen relationships and support profitable growth Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across Marketing Events Strategy and Customer Service to execute programs of work Ensure compliance process efficiency and uphold the safety and wellbeing of your team Act as a brand ambassador championing Shannons within the Motoring Enthusiast community and wider industry Proven leadership experience in business development sales or event-based roles ideally within insurance automotive or financial services Experience managing and motivating remote teams Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills A strong grasp of performance metrics and how to use data and coaching to uplift results A passion for community events and driving team excellence An understanding of the regulatory landscape in financial services is desirable
