About the Opportunities :

As we focus on the current and future growth of our venue, we are expanding our management team to ensure we have the structure that our venue deserves. We are seeking outstanding leaders to support our current Licensee in day-to-day operations.

As an energetic, passionate, and experienced gaming manager, you will join our team to drive and deliver exceptional customer experiences daily. You will be responsible for leading and mentoring the gaming team while managing various operational aspects. You will be motivated to work hands-on, maintaining a presence in the gaming room and confidently supporting the Licensee with tasks such as gaming rosters, reporting, compliance, and staff development. Your goal will be to create an environment where our staff are inspired to thrive and develop, positively impacting the room.

Key Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Gaming room
• You drive a culture of pride in financial performance and understanding with your team
• Your reporting and cash handling accuracy is aligned to all processes; internal procedures and no discrepancies have occurred.
• Rostering within supplied wage budgets from the Venue Manager ensure we maintain exceptional presentation standards.
• Ensure we maintain exceptional presentation standards of the Venue
• Implement and champion the Venue’s Responsible Gambling Code
• You are conducting cleaning walk through and actively manage the gaming room cleaning standards.
