Job descriptionStrong physical fitness and a can-do attitude Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team C Class Open Driver’s Licence (no restrictions) Current First Aid & CPR Willingness to undergo a National Police Check Ability to pass a pre-employment medical (including D&A testing) Willingness to comply with site-specific PPE and hygiene requirements Previous experience in physically demanding roles such as : Station / Farm Hand duties Carpentry or Boilermaking Other heavy industrial or trade-related work General underground labouring and services support Assisting with installation, maintenance, and material movement Adhering to strict site safety and hygiene protocols Working in a physically demanding and team-based environment FIFO opportunity with a lifestyle-friendly 7 / 7 roster Great team culture and supportive work environment Competitive pay with ongoing work and career growth potential
We’re currently recruiting fit and capable individuals for underground service crew roles with a long-standing contractor in Northwest Queensland. This is an exciting opportunity for those with trade, industrial or hands-on rural experience to step into the mining sector.
- FIFO from Townsville or Cairns
- 7 / 7 Roster – Rotating Days & Nights
- 12.5 Hour Shifts
- Underground Mine – Northwest QLD
- Competitive Pay Rates + Super paid on ALL hours
