Job descriptionTrade qualified cabinet maker with experience as a supervisor / team leader (essential) Experience as a factory foreman (advantageous) Problem solver and ability to work within deadlines. Strong communication skills to be able to motivate the team and create a positive working environment. Strong leadership skills. Must be motivated to learning, receptive to feedback and passionate about progressing your career in the industry. Oversee the day-to-day factory operations and production processes Work semi on the tools where required to assist younger tradesmen and apprentices. Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards Manage and motivate the factory team. Maintenance and stock take of equipment and machinery. Daily reporting into production management. Full time with Immediate start. Healthy remuneration package + super + benefits. Training and support from management. Long standing team in a positive and supportive environment
