We rally together, drawing on the diverse skills across our teams and create environments where great ideas are heard.This role will work with a team of various disciplines to provide safe, reliable and efficient expertise to the Project Teams.About the roleThis role is responsible for the end-to-end and safe delivery of various Compliance, Integrity Management, Maintenance and growth projects as part of the Engineering and Asset Management team.
- You are responsible to identify and direct the resources and processes during the life of the project to meet our business objective.
You are required to address all critical project control elements, including Cost, Schedule, Quality, Risk, Information Management and Stakeholder Engagement.
- Develop, implement and manages project execution plans, and lead execution strategies by monitoring, reporting and controlling.
- Develop, monitor and control cost and schedule estimates.
- Ensures alignment to existing information management system.
- Develop and implement contract and procurement strategies.
- Monitor and control project schedule and progress, including contracts.
- Ensure quality by looking for value by identifying the drivers and addressing the business / project needs.
- Develop and lead a high performing project team to achieve safe, quality, predictable project outcomes.
- About you
To be considered for the role the following qualifications will be highly regarded :
- Relevant Engineering Tertiary Qualification.
- 5-10 Year + Project Delivery Experience in similar complex projects.
- Holistic experienced at Project Management from Cost Estimating to Performance & Risk Management.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence at all levels internally and externally.
- Experience in managing multi-disciplined project teams across multiple projects simultaneously.
