We are seeking a driven Centre Director to lead, inspire, support, and manage our team of Educators, and oversee the day-to-day operations of our service!

About your new role Manage the day-to-day operations of the centre in line with legislative requirements, and company policies and procedures.

Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to all staff.

Ensure that high-quality early learning programs are delivered by our passionate team of Educators.

Manage staffing rosters efficiently.

Effectively manage the financial requirements of the centre in line with budget guidelines.

Ensure high standards for centre presentation and work practices are maintained consistently.

Build and maintain strong relationships with children, families, Educators, the local business community, and all stakeholders.

Actively attract, convert, and retain families by overseeing tours, enrolments, and orientations in conjunction with our Enrolments Team.

About you A Diploma in Children's Services or Early Childhood Degree approved by ACECQA.

2+ years experience as a Centre Director in an early childhood setting.

Current WWCC, approved first aid, CPR, anaphylaxis, and asthma qualifications.

Extensive understanding of the Early Years Learning Development Framework (EYLDF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and Quality Improvement Plan (QIP).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to lead and mentor a team of qualified and committed early childhood professionals.

Willingness to undertake and coordinate ongoing professional development training for Educators.
