About the Role

As a Parts Interpreter , you’ll play a critical role in the parts supply chain, providing technical support to dealers and branches, managing OEM relationships, and ensuring seamless communication across departments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide expert support on engine, transmission, and chassis-related components.
• Resolve technical parts queries by liaising with OEM partners and internal departments.
• Assist with vendor availability, new part number creation, and order tracking.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team on orders and shipping updates.
• Maintain and improve CRM responses and FAQ documentation.
• Work within IDS inventory and freight management systems.
