Job descriptionDefine Salesforce technical requirements, design, review solutions within Salesforce and its immediate integrations, and recommend improvements via Key Design Decision packs. Ensure development follows Salesforce CRM architecture, product roadmap, and best practices. Groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog in collaboration with various stakeholders. Approve configuration and coded items for deployment. Provide guidance and support to development and testing teams. Guide user stories for Functional Consultants and development teams. 3-5 years’ experience leading Salesforce projects. Wide architectural knowledge across Salesforce clouds and industry solutions. Practical deployment knowledge of Salesforce and Vlocity configurations. Ability to perform hands-on prototyping and proof of concepts.
