DLA Piper’s Litigation & Regulatory practice in Sydney is expanding, and we’re looking for a Solicitor to join our high-performing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with globally recognised Partners and specialists on complex, high-stakes matters including international arbitration, construction disputes, and public international law.

You’ll be part of a team that has been recognised as Arbitration Practice Group of the Year by the Australian ADR Awards, reflecting our commitment to excellence and innovation in dispute resolution.

As a Solicitor you will :

• Collaborate with Partners and Solicitors on the Australian firm’s client strategy.
• Focus on international arbitration, construction, and public international law issues.
• Support the team in delivering high-quality advice to clients across jurisdictions.
• Engage with DLA Piper’s global Litigation & Regulatory network.
• Operate under the supervision of an Australian-qualified Partner (note : this is a lay associate role and does not involve engaging in legal practice in Australia).
