At WeMoney we wonder that too and it keeps us up at night. This problem on the surface was for a long period thought of as intractable, too difficult to solve, or “just the way it is”, but at WeMoney, we felt that this status quo was unacceptable. We believe that something needs to exist to allow everyone to take control of their financial destiny. Our mission is to simplify and automate financial management, making it accessible and understandable for all, regardless of their background or education, and helping our members break the cycle of financial insecurity and build a brighter, more secure future.

As a Junior Product Designer at WeMoney, you’ll help craft experiences that inspire confidence and empower our members to achieve their financial goals. You’ll collaborate with a passionate, cross-functional team to design features that are intuitive, accessible, and deeply impactful. Your work will directly shape the financial well-being of millions, creating tools that help everyday Australians do money better.

What You’ll Do

• Design and refine features for WeMoney’s mobile and web applications, ensuring seamless user experiences that align with our mission.
• Lead user interviews and testing sessions to uncover insights that inform design decisions.
• Help build and maintain a cohesive design system that scales with our ambitions.
• Collaborate closely with developers to deliver polished, production-ready solutions.
• Create stunning visual assets, from illustrations to interactive elements, to enhance engagement across our digital channels.
• Advocate for our members, ensuring their needs and pain points drive every design decision.
