Your Impact : As a Senior Manager, you'll be a trusted advisor, helping the business navigate complex regulatory landscapes and provide effective compliance advice. Your focus will be on initiatives to ensure customers have great experiences via our digital channels.
You'll build strong relationships with stakeholders across Sydney and Perth and contribute to high-profile initiatives that directly impact how Bankwest delivers safe, compliant, and customer-focused banking.
In any given week you will : Advise on compliance with new and existing regulatory obligations including Corporations Act, ASIC Act, NCCP Act (including responsible lending obligations), ePayments Code, Banking Code of Practice and other legislative obligations relevant to Bankwest. Provide compliance advice to strategic and other change initiatives in the business. Generate improvements in the compliance risk profile and / or regulatory costs by effective delivery of project outcomes and high-quality stakeholder management. Deliver regular reports on progress and any ad hoc analysis as required.
We're interested in hearing from people who have : Proven experience in compliance and regulatory advisory within financial services. Strong ability to challenge constructively and uphold regulatory standards. Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills. A proactive mindset and passion for making a difference.
