Senior Endpoint Engineer

Role Overview

KPMG Australias Endpoint Management Team is seeking a skilled Senior Endpoint Engineer to support and enhance our Windows Mac Audio Visual and Mobility Solutions across Australia Fiji and PNG. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing securing and optimising endpoint devices through Microsoft Intune Azure DevOps and enterprise device management best practises. This position requires a strong technical background excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to work collaboratively with business stakeholders architecture security applications and service support teams to ensure seamless endpoint management and compliance.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a highly technical and securityfocused environment where youll contribute to enhancing endpoint management capabilities across KPMG Australia and its regional branches along with flexible working arrangements including hybrid options.

Key Responsibilities

Endpoint Management & Support

• Action 2ndlevel support tickets related to Windows Mac iOS and Android devices.
• Provide technical expertise to support and enable the Tech Service Support team.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and security teams to meet security and compliance requirements.
• Train support staff and peers.
• Stay updated on all new Intune features and developments prior to release.
